Refund & Cancellations
A full refund is available for cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. To cancel a booking, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact us with your booking reference number. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.
